     We're confident you'll love the EcoFit Pillow. So confident, we're giving you 100 nights to be sure.

     Sleep on it. Use it. Live with it. If it doesn't transform your sleep, return it for a full refund. No questions asked.

Our 100-Night Guarantee

     From the day your pillow arrives, you have 100 nights to decide if EcoFit is right for you.

     If you're not completely satisfied for any reason—return it for a full refund. We'll even cover return shipping.

We only ask that you:

  • Keep your pillow clean and in returnable condition
  • Include all original components (pillow, pillowcase, securing loops)
  • Return it in protective packaging (original packaging preferred, but not required)

     We understand this is a pillow you'll actually use. Normal use is expected. But please don't return pillows that are stained, damaged, or have strong odors—that's not fair to our small team.

How to Return

  1. Email contact@ecofitpillow.com with your order number
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1-2 business days
  3. Pack your pillow securely and ship it back
  4. Once we receive it, your refund processes within 5 business days

    That's it. No interrogation. No hassle.

Damaged or Defective Items

     Received a damaged pillow? That's on us, and we'll make it right immediately.

     Contact us at contact@ecofitpillow.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • Brief description

We'll send a replacement right away and provide a prepaid label for the damaged item.

Refunds

     Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of our receiving your return.

     Your bank or credit card company may need a few additional days to post the refund. If you haven't seen it within 15 business days of our confirmation, reach out at contact@ecofitpillow.com.

After 100 Nights

     After the 100-night window, we still stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of your EcoFit Pillow. If you discover a manufacturing defect, contact us. We'll evaluate it on a case-by-case basis and make it right.
