Processing Time

Orders ship within 2 business days of being placed. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your pillow leaves our facility.

Delivery Time

Continental US: 5-7 business days after shipment Alaska & Hawaii: 7-10 business days after shipment These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier schedules.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Track your pillow's journey from our door to yours.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at contact@ecofitpillow.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. If your order is lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping, contact us at contact@ecofitpillow.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
